Villa Brac is unique in the sense that it is located 1.5km just on the outskirts of the old town of Bol, and at walking distance to Zlatni Rat beach, only 500m away. The villa is isolated in the middle of vineyards and olive groves, with no neighbours, just 150m from the sea. Two bikes are included in the rental for your pleasure and to discover the surrounding beaches.

This old house has been renovated into a high standard villa of 60m2 offering panoramic views of the sea, surrounding mountains and the island of Hvar. The minimalistic interior design leaves space for body and mind to expand. The open terrace doors plunge into the Adriatic sea. The floor tiles have an authentic Brac stone look and their freshness will keep your feet and body cool throughout the day.

The three bedrooms offer enough space for sleeping 6 people. The main double bed bedroom overlooks the pool and sea. The mezzanine has two beds and is located under the roof, which is especially good for kids who might want to have their own area to play and rest. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, offering calm and cool air during the summer days and nights. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers.

The front terrace with its panoramic views overlooking the swimming pool, is the ideal place for breakfast and dinner or just for sipping wine or a juice, dreaming away! The 24m2 infinity pool is surrounded by a wooden decking for sitting on and sunbathing in the mediterranean sun.

The open outdoor back kitchen and terrace offers a large space for cooking, eating and entertaining. Its shaded area gives protection from the day heat and sun. Barbecued fish, meat and vegetables can be prepared in the open fireplace.
